Homemade Holiday Gift Jars
Hot Cocoa Mix (for 2-quart jar)
6 cups instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup plue 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows, optional
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 2-quart jar. Seal with lid and decorate with fabric and ribbon. Attach recipe. Yields 1 gift jar that makes 12 servings.
Hot Cocoa Mix (for pint jar)
1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup minature marshmallows, optional
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into pint jar. Seal with lid and decorate with fabric and ribbon. Attach recipe. Yields 1 gift jar that makes 4 servings.
Recipe to attach to either jar:
Measure 1/2 cup Hot Cocoa Mix into mug. Stir in 1 cup hot water or milk.
