Dip Tips
Dips are must-have munchies for hungry fans, and here are a few tips to make the best dips ever.
- Keep it Simple. Pick up some ready-to-eat dips made with natural ingredients. They'll bring great taste to the gameday table, with no fuss from you. Serve them alone or combined with other ingredients to make a hearty dip.
- Make it Ahead of Time if Possible. Some dips, such as Seven Layer Dip, can be made the day before and stored in the refrigerator. The day of the party, just set it out for about 30 minutes before serving to bring it to room temperature.
- Shake Things Up. Step up your game by setting out a wide variety of dippers. Serve different types of chips, including blue corn, sweet potato, and salt and vinegar. Also be sure to serve crackers, pita chips and an assortment of vegetables.
- Add Variety. Dress things up a bit with bite-size dippers like cherry tomatoes stuffed with guacamole. And serve a variety of dips, some cold and some hot, such as a warm and savory crab dip.
