1/4 cup Lemon juice from concentrate
1/2 cup White cooking wine
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Finely chopped scallions
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 tablespoons Fresh, chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
8 cups Broccoli florets with 2-inch stems
In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, wine, olive oil, scallions, garlic, thyme, parsley and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
