7 Layer Fiesta Ranch Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes

1 16-ounce can fat-free refried beans

1/2 cup guacamole

1 package Fiesta Ranch Dips Mix

1 cup fat-free sour cream or plain nonfat yogurt

1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

6 green onions, chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped

1/4 cup sliced black olives, optional

Spread each of the ingredients in the order listed over a 9-inch serving platter or pie dish.

Chill for an hour and serve. Yields 10 (1/4-cup) servings.
